Andrew Kern
Andrew Kern has an undergraduate degree from Columbia University in N.Y. and a Law Degree from The Baylor School of Law in Texas, a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. (Please know that not all law schools are accredited by the ABA.) Andrew belongs to the Trust and Estate Section of the California Bar and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Creating an Estate Plan is a process that begins with the client completing a confidential information form. Andrew discusses with the client the information in the confidential form to understand the client's family, goals, needs, aspirations, and desires for the future. When the plan is complete a client signing meeting is scheduled where Andrew and the client review the completed plan together and the client signs his or her documents. This process usually takes four to six weeks.
