Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York and his Juris Doctor from Baylor School of Law in Texas, an American Bar Association-accredited institution. He is licensed to practice law in California, and has also been admitted to the bar in Illinois, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, where he practiced law prior to establishing his practice in the North Bay.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Andrew is a featured lecturer on Probate Law for the National Business Institute, one of the country's leading providers of continuing legal education, and has personally probated numerous estates throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. He is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the California State Bar and is recognized as a highly regarded estate planning and probate attorney in Sonoma County.
He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), reflecting his long-standing commitment to helping individuals and families navigate financial hardship with dignity and without judgment.
